• Vitamin C - 500 mg daily

• Green juices - alfalfa, barley grass or spirulina

• Take oxygen-giving foods - sprouts are the best.

    That’s what we were told that wounds need air. But it’s risky in our place for the air is not fresh. We end up healing slowly with all the bandage wrapped around the wound.
