    Wow…my wife suffers from about 60% of those symptoms. She’s pretty good about doing cleanses with me…so I think we’re on board.

    Should we do the 7 day cleanse then the gall cleanse?

    Hey Matt… it’s good to do a 7 days detox then gall flush to get the ultimate results but if you can’t, then eat light for 7 days then do the gall flush. Avoid proteins during those 7 days.
